Note:  The presentation of the Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) by FCDOT for Scenario G--the current proposed development scenario for the Dulles Corridor in Reston--is especially important in determining whether Scenario G is constrained and balanced sufficiently to prevent excessive (grade "F" in national traffic standards) congestion on the main north-south streets near the Metrorail stations.
