Peggy Fox, WUSA9 reporter, interviews MWAA's Dulles Corridor Committee Chairman Tom Davis, on the issues and timetable for completion of Phase 1 of the Silver Line in this video.  One worrisome part:  Davis says MWAA "could make some money" on the fines.

ALL fine revenues should be placed against the massive debt MWAA, Loudoun, and Fairfax counties have imposed on users of the Dulles Toll Road.  While it may never amount to a substantial share of the $3 billion they will pay for the completed line, it is an absolute insult to DTR users to not apply any fines to reducing their 40-plus year debt obligation.
