UPDATE: The FCPC has deferred its decision until January 9, 2014.
Changes are being made to the draft Reston Master Plan as we speak. There will not be a new draft published today. In response to the need for additional time, Commissioner De La Fe is planning to defer decision until after the new draft is published so the community as well as Commissioners can have opportunity to read the updates.
