This is the presentation used by DPZ in the RTF Steering Committee meeting on June 1, 2011. The tables, in particular, show how much more development the station area sub-committees are proposing than even GMU projects in its "high" forecast for 2030. These development numbers are still higher and less balanced between residential and commercial uses than Reston 2020 believes is appropriate for these TOD areas, but it represents a major step in the right direction.
