WEDNESDAY JUNE 22ND
1. Plans submitted by RTC Partners that call for a building at the northwest quadrant of Bowman Towne Drive and Reston Parkway, PRC 77-C-076. The proposed building would be 23 stories high
consisting of 5 floors of parking and some retail, and 18 stories of office space to contain 400,000 square feet. There will be at least one additional meeting on this matter with a proposed date of September 28th. A FCPC date of October 6th has been scheduled.
Presenter: Atty. Art Walsh of Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley, Emrich and Walsh.
2. Committee discussion of any other business, new or old, and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Approve next meeting date and adjourn.
