On Thursday, November 15, the Herndon Metrorail Access Management Study Advisory Group held its first meeting at the North County Government Center. As laid out in its mission statement, the group (called "HamSams"!) is examining what transportation improvements need to be made at the Herndon-Monroe and Innovation Station Silver Line stops. The group comprises area citizens, public officials, county staff, and developers from the Dranesville and Hunter Mill districts. The group expects its work to take 12-18 months to complete.
Below are the materials handed out at the meeting.
