Proposed TSA Zoning Changes and DPZ Letter to Business Community Eliciting Comment
Below is the full text of the draft changes in the County's zoning ordinance for Transit Station Areas and other high-density locations as well as the letter transmitting the ordinance to "industry" (as titled on the document) for comment. There is no suggestion that there are opportunities for public comment at this time.

Next, we may be facing this: http://dailysignal.com/2015/09/16/connecticut-homeowners-fight-to-prevent-city-from-taking-their-homes-for-redevelopment/. Remember the RSU issue? County citizens have no power to control development in their neighborhood. All power rests with the few elected officials, who are able to conquer us bit by bit. The County should be broken into ten counties to bring the elected officials closer to the people and to bring our county down to the size of most counties in Virginia. The cost per citizen in the smaller counties is no different from that in Fairfax County.
