Attached are the latest draft of the Town Center's report, including edits, as it was discussed going into the committee's meeting on August 31. It also includes a chart showing densities and a new schematic.
As reflected in the notes of the meeting taken by Dick Rogers (no formal meeting summary has been prepared), the committee did not reach a consensus on this draft. There are also significant errors in the density spread (Town Center is some 582 acres, not 140 as reflected here).
A new draft will be forthcoming this week according to committee plans.
