Thanks, Terry. You serve the community well. We citizens have our say only in the election of our supervisor and the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. Cathy Hudgins, capitalizing on her nice personality, runs unopposed. Sharon Bulova is weakly opposed. The governance remains the same. We can complain, but they can demand. Until neighborhoods have control of their own neighborhood, the elected officials have total command.
