"Dulles Metro plans have been delayed again.The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Committee was supposed to decide Wednesday if the new station should be above or below ground.
The committee decided to postpone the vote until April.
An underground station at the main terminal is much more expensive than an above ground station near the parking garage."
