The County has never assessed the value of the Tetra property at more than $1.6 million.

According to Criterium Engineers, who evaluated the condition of the Tetra property, the County has never assessed the value of the property at more than $1.6 million.  In fact, its 2015 assessment at $1.20 million is less than last year's assessment at $1.25 million.
