1. A proposal by Fairfax County to build a new two (2) story building on the site of the current Police Station Supervisor’s Office. The building will be built behind the current building which will be torn down when the new building is finished and ready for occupancy. The new building will have a maximum length of 260 feet and a maximum width of 135 feet. The height will vary because of the slope of the land but will be on average 40 feet. It will be two stories high with an area of 36500 square feet. The present structure contains 16500 square feet.

2. This is a request by applicant, Core Site, for a special exception for an increase in floor area ratio in the I-4 District for a 13.88 acre property owned by CoreSite and located at 12100 Sunrise Valley Drive . There will be no change in zoning for the property. The property is developed with a 265,000 square foot building used as a data center with some limited office space. The proposal will add an additional data center building of 158,399 square feet. The buildings will be connected via a skywalk. The proposed building will be no more than 60 feet in height and will be located in the rear portion of the property behind the existing building. Parking spaces will be reduced to 221 on the property.
